These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Finite iOS application ("the app", "Finite"). By downloading or using Finite, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Finite on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree to use Finite only for its intended purpose as a personal time-awareness and event-tracking app. You may not:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
We may offer a free trial period for the yearly subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the stated price.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Finite, including events, memories, photos, voice memos, and reflections. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Finite, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
Your use of Finite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is handled.
Finite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Life expectancy calculations are estimates for illustrative purposes only and should not be taken as medical or actuarial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or interruption of service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Finite at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using Finite at any time by deleting the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
