How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the Subscription section, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previous purchases linked to your Apple ID.
How does iCloud sync work?
Finite syncs your events, memories, and reflections across all your devices via your private iCloud account. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device's Settings. No account with us is required.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data. This permanently removes all events, memories, photos, and voice memos from your device. To remove iCloud data, go to your Apple ID settings and manage your iCloud storage.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find Finite, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Why can't I add more than 3 events?
The free tier is limited to 3 active events. Upgrade to Finite Pro for unlimited events, plus rich memories, life calendar insights, all themes, and more.
My widgets aren't showing data.
Make sure you've opened the app at least once after installing. Widgets refresh periodically. If the issue persists, remove the widget and add it again.
